We kindly ask for bookings to be made at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot and our availability. This allows us to schedule our team effectively and ensure we deliver a top-quality clean.
Emergency cleans
Life happens! If you need a clean sooner than 24 hours, we may be able to accommodate an emergency clean for an additional fee. Please contact us directly to discuss your urgent cleaning needs.
Cancellation policy
We understand plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients.
